Key tasks and responsibilities:
In this position you give meaning to different aspects of our company. You may be be stationed in several locations in China in different departments including sales, logistics, finance, R&D and HR. You'll be able to get to know every aspect of our company.
You will be assigned tasks including:
- Supporting the logistics department.
- Answer issues of commercial customers, prospects and internal accounts.
- Proactively provide (product) information.
- Supporting Finance department.
- Supporting R&D in translating needs to goods.
- Translating the customer requirements in unambiguous instructions to the primary process.
- The electronic processing of information requests.
Through a careful and appropriate communication with your colleagues within the company you are able to learn every aspect of the company. You will spend 2-3 years in several departments after which you will have the chance to optimize your skills in a junior management position which should eventually lead to heading a department, vGM Sales or even GM position.

Job Profile:
You have graduated on bachelor or master level, preferably a course in a commercial, business or economic direction. your English and Chinese are excellent.
What kind of person are we looking for?
We are active in the Agro industry, lifestock rearing: as such you will be visiting large scale industrial farms together with our local reps and general management. You will need to know all issues at stake in order to increase the value we can offer to the customers.
You will need to study the basics of nutrition and will be trained to understand and discuss the technical commercial approach which makes us succesful.

- You are able (both in writing and verbally) to communicate well with clients and colleagues and you’re a team player.
- You work accurately and you are able to deal with stress.
- You enjoy working in a diverse, dynamic environment.
